I love this tomato chutney for the fact that it is easy to prepare. I prepare this either with urad dosa or with jowar roti. Quick and simple, so saves my time in the morning.
2 raw tomatoes
5 garlic cloves
1 tea spoon chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon chopped coriander(optional)
1/2 tea spoon oil
Puree tomatoes in a blender (tomatoes should not be boiled).
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and fry till it turns slightly brown.
Add tomato puree, salt and chilli powder.
Bring it to boil and add chopped coriander.
Serve hot with dosa
Note: If you like it spicy, adjust the amount of chilli powder.
